Poor story line and sub-par acting teamed up to make and inadvertantly hysterical movie. Fortunately, the Beta VCR kicked ass for editing!

Regarding "Aeth", I'm gonna have to go with Vertino... having the character hide behind the curtain would be a nice touch and it give the story a hook.

Nobody will EVER out-shit my early work. Some of the worst ideas you could imagine, edited entirely in-camera, no script or plans (whatsoever), beyond-embarrasing dialogue that had no relation to what was previously said beforehand, all handheld (badly), done on 8mm videotape with a 10 year old camera that had a filthy lens, no actors except for me holding the lens to my face (and talk about acne!), god-awful acting and lots of really nasal-type breathing, turned out to be all shadows, endless zooming, never even copied to VHS (still on an 8mm tape reel), the budget was $5 for all films put together (for the tape), etc. I can't even watch them anymore without feeling suicidal.

And no full-frontal nudity! What the fuck was I thinking!?

Wow, to be honest, I didn't expect it to be this good!

Keep up the great work! I remember being proud of my second film, and even then I considered it mediocre. I think it's safe to say you're alot better off than most of us were when we were doing our first films!

Anyway, I'm off to the pub.

Yay! another Aussie Film Maker... Where about are you from?

As for the film, it was quite good, a bit weird, very australian. For a first film... THIS IS EXCELLENT!!!

As for getting a camera, if you;re looking at getting a proffessional cam goto http://globalmediapro.com/eshop/ These guys slash the prices off proffessional cameras.... I recommend the Canon XM2
